Adrian has over 15 years’ experience in commercial product development and leadership roles with broad experience in leading IT teams, high value contract negotiations, business administration, capital raises, business to business C-level sales in the insuretech, payments, fraud prevention, retail and telco sectors.   

Adrian is a leader of start-up businesses, specialising in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native, core payment, e-commerce and claims management solutions with security, compliance and fraud prevention as fundamentals.  

Adrian has held senior roles in product management and information security at Surgical Partners, Earlytrade, Whitecoat, OCR Labs, OneCheck, Vodlo and  AMT Group. 

With over 30 years of experience, Paul is a leader in digital and distribution, focused on driving innovation and growth. He has a strong track record of building high-performing organisations, developing and executing business strategy, and successfully commercialising digital products.

He has secured marquee clients and established strategic alliance partnerships across multiple geographies. His experience spans financial services, fintech, digital, telecommunications, and the oil sector, and includes three successful business exits at strong multiples.

Paul was CEO of Tappapay, COO at Whitecoat, APAC Regional President at Retail Decisions and GM ReD Fuel Cards Europe in addition to having senior roles at Aussie Home Loans, Ticketek, Optus and Caltex-Ampol.

Timo is a technology leader with over 25 years industry experience delivering highly available, scalable and secure infrastructure, software and systems.

An expert in architecting proprietary cloud native, greenfield solutions across the Banking, Insurtech and healthcare industries, including senior roles at Surgical Partners, CBA, Whitecoat, Indue, UniCredit Group and MunichRe.

Daniel, the Operations Manager at 4EVA Energy, brings over 11 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry. He is responsible for overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, focusing on project planning, stakeholder engagement, maintaining commercial targets, coordinating interstate teams, and driving new business development. He also manages field activities, sales, and installation teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Previously, as Assistant General Manager at Green Home Green Planet, Daniel led over 30,000 residential and 2,500 commercial light installations under ActewAGL’s Big Business Light Switch campaign, significantly reducing lighting costs for clients.

His extensive experience includes auditing thousands of properties to identify areas for improvement and advising on optimal replacements and upgrades for energy efficiency, from initial assessment through to installation.

Gourav holds a postgraduate degree in electronic engineering, which led him to pursue a career in the Green Energy Industry. As a compliance manager, he has worked on various energy-saving schemes across Australia, including Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD. His role involves conducting numerous desktop and on-site audits, as well as energy audits for clients, and performing site inspections to ensure compliance with energy standards.

Gourav has a deep understanding of the compliance requirements and standards for different energy-saving schemes, which he applies across various states to expand the company’s capabilities.

With over five years of experience, Gourav has worked with major organizations across Australia, such as Sydney Airport, Downer, schools, universities, councils, and NSW Rural Fire Fighting Services. His extensive experience has enabled him to contribute significantly to the company’s growth in the energy efficiency sector.

Marcella Is a Mechanical Engineer with over 4 years of experience delivering energy-saving projects in the commercial industry. 

She is highly experienced in Australia’s key Energy Efficiency Schemes, including VIC VEU and NSW ESS LED commercial lighting, with a strong focus on continuously learning and staying up to date in the field. She is recently accredited in M&V (Measurement and Verification) schemes. 

Marcella has an excellent track record of delivering successful energy efficient projects and a passion for sustainability and environmental impact. 

As Business & Administration Manager, Brian Veitch brings a unique blend of academic excellence, strategic insight, and operational leadership to Kass & Co Pty Limited.   

With dual degree, a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from the University of Sydney, Brian combines deep financial acumen with advanced administrative capability to drive organisational performance and compliance.

Brian’s professional credentials include certifications in: 

• Taxation Planning, Investment Planning, Managed Investments (PS146 Levels 1–3)
• Entry-Level Competencies for Financial Services Professionals (DFP1)
• Risk Management & Insurance Planning (DFP2).
